Has a steady increase. It is the most expensive province. Cape Town is notable for its high rental costs, with a demand from local and international renters. Despite being expensive, it draws renters with its excellent quality of life, amenities and landscapes.

Northern Cape

Has limited rental stock and slower economic growth.

KZN

Faces semigration, seasonal tourism and economic factors.
